Cheating Doesn’t Pay

February 10, 2012

Except when it does.

There are some times in life when you just have to accept that other people have gone and said it better than you.

In this case, it was Booklist (in a starred review), RT Magazine (in a 4.5 star (their top rating) review), and Publisher’s Weekly. And a fan!! Let’s not forget the fan!!

Yes, they all have given AWESOME reviews to the lovely and talented Tawna Fenske’s second romantic comedy due out from Sourcebooks in just a few weeks, BELIEVE IT OR NOT.

Since Tawna so thoughtfully compiled these reviews on her blog today, I will send you there. Please be sure to comment there and tell her how proud you are of her and how excited you are to read it.

Trust me, you want to read it.

And I know, because I’ve read it.

  1. It’s so strange to think of agents wooing authors, when it usually feels like we just pick out the perfect ones, send out our queries, and hold our breaths! That said, if you’re an author interested in an agent, how often is it acceptable to nudge them (following a partial request)? Thanks for the help!
